Headlight Overlays Fixes Hazy Headlights
Most cars use a polycarbonate plastic for their headlight material. This material can oxidize over time and the reduced clarity can lower the amount of light output.
There are 2 ways to fix your headlights. One way requires maintenance, the other is more permanent.
1) Using Mother's Aluminum Billet polish and sanding your headlights with 1000 or 2000 grit sand paper and then buffing the headlights to restore them to a near new condition. The process takes about 30 minutes and needs to be done every 2-3 weeks to keep your headlights looking new.
2) You can buff your headlights ONCE and then apply headlight overlays to the headlights to prevent oxidation. This is the best way to keep your headlights looking new forever.
